Join the Licking County Master Gardener Volunteers to learn all you need to know about Veggies and More! Topics include Garden Planning, Organic Raised Row Gardening and Healthy Soil, Planting/Harvesting Crops and Seed Starting, Attracting Pollinators and Limited Space Options, and Maintaining a Healthy Garden.
The series are held at two locations in Licking County.
Classes are held from 9:00 - 11:00 a.m.
Sessions are provided at no cost and are open to the public. No registration is required.

NEWARK GROWS Healthy Foods
NEWARK GROWS is cancelled through July 2020.
Join the Licking County Master Gardener Volunteers at The Canal Market in Newark as they educate, empower and engage community members to grow their own food. Volunteers will be distributing free seeds, plants, food samples and providing educational information to get you growing!
WHEN: July – October (First and Third Friday of Each Month)
TIME: 4:00 – 7:00 pm

CANCELLED: THE LEARNING GARDEN OPEN HOUSE
Designated as a day to showcase The Learning Garden, the public is invited to walk through the various gardens when they are at their peak. Guests will have an opportunity to meet the volunteers who have designed and maintained the gardens. Musical entertainment, free food and activities are planned for this day.
The Licking County Master Gardener Volunteers will have a booth at the Hartford Fair. Be sure to stop by and pick up some educational fact sheets and talk with the volunteers. They'll be available to answer all of your gardening questions.
