Take Charge of Your Diabetes

Do you or someone you love have diabetes?  With 30 million diabetics in America, you are not alone!  November is National Diabetes Month and hope you can join us to learn the basics of diabetes management. Mindful Wellness During the Holidays

Are you feeling stressed, anxious, even a little sad due to what is happening in our world?  Often, we spend time thinking about the future or the past and do not experience life as it occurs around us.  The OSU Wexner Medical Center recommends mindfulness practices to help reduce anxiety, depression, insomnia, and stress. But, just like learning any new skill like cooking, swimming, or riding a bike, mindfulness takes time and practice.
