Join Shari Gallup, Assistant Professor/Extension Educator for a program on freeze-drying fundamentals. Participants will gain a thorough understanding of how freeze-drying works, the equipment needed in freeze drying, and other practical considerations. No experience or equipment needed to participant in the class. All are welcome who want to learn more about freeze-drying.
