Living History Celebrations at 4-H Camp Ohio - May 17 and September 13 from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. Come celebrate 80 years of 4-H Camp Ohio during the bicentennial year for Knox, Licking and Delaware Counties! Click for more information, registration and volunteer opportunities.

Miami Valley Shooting Grounds 4-H Shooting Competition - May 31 starting at 9:00 a.m. at the Miami Valley Shooting Grounds in Vandalia, OH. Pre-registration due May 17. Registration also day of event. Click on the link for complete information and registration packet.

Youth Pork Leadership Institute - Sunday - Tuesday, June 8 - 10 in Columbus. Applications are open to Ohio youth between the ages of 16 and 21 who have an interest in the pork industry. Applications and resumes will be accepted until April 25. Click on link for more information and application form.

4-H Space Adventure Camp - Tuesday - Thursday, June 10 - 12 at Marietta College. Current 5th, 6th or 7th graders can apply to attend. Cost is $175 per camper. NOTE . . . 4-H Space Adventure Camp is full, and future requests will be placed on a waiting list.

Companion Animal Sciences 4-H Leadership Academy - June 11 - 13 at the Columbus Campus of The Ohio State University. Registration deadline: April 15. This academy is restricted to 4-H members age 14 and older who have been actively involved in companion-animal projects for at least three years. It is designed to introduce students to professionals and careers in the companion-animal sciences industry. Click on the link for more information and registration packet.

Ohio 4-H CSI Adventure Camp - Friday - Sunday, June 13 - 15 at OSU Columbus Campus. Registration deadline: June 2 ... LMITED TO 60 CAMPERS. 4-H members entering grades 7, 8 and 9 in Fall 2008 are eligible to attend. Click on link for more information and registration form.

Blast Off! - Special Needs Camp - June 13 - 15 at Canter's Cave 4-H Camp near Jackson, OH. Registration deadline: May 30. This camp is for individuals ages 8-18 with multiple handicaps. Each camper will need to be accompanied by a caregiver, and the caregiver's fee will be paid by grant dollars. Click on the link for a complete information and registration packet.
