Dairy Day

Learn about dairy production from cow to market by scheduling a Dairy Day assembly at your school. Students rotate through stations and learn how to milk a cow, discover the science of ice cream by making their own fast-freeze samples, learn about careers in agircultue and more. RAD - Resource Awareness Day

This day-long event, usually held in March, is designed to help third and fourth grade students learn more about the natural resources that benefit all of us. Presenters include representative from OSU Extension, Licking County Soil and Water Conservation District, Dawes Arboretum and many more. Please contact Lindsey at the Licking County Soil and Water Conservation District for more information (740-670-5330).
