Hartford Fair Dog Certificate of Vaccination - This form must be completed by the Hartford Fair Junior Fair exhibitor and their veterinarian and presented at the Hartford Fair Junior Fair Dog Show on Saturday, August 2. All vaccinations must be administered by a licensed, accredited veterinarian and must be current through August 8, 2008.
